Montana Jorgensen
Project Manager
Montana is a Project Manager who has been working with Affordable Striping and Sealing since 2018, starting from the ground up and working her way into managing hundreds of projects. She was born and raised in Las Vegas, and graduated from Shadow Ridge High School. She is passionate about staying organized, solving problems, and helping teams succeed.
Outside of work, she loves the outdoors — spending time at the lake, in the dunes, hunting, fishing, snowboarding, driving her RZR, and riding dirt bikes. She and her boyfriend enjoy going on adventures together, discovering new areas of trails to explore. She also values spending time with close friends and family, which keeps her grounded and energized.
She brings the same energy, focus, and love for challenges from her adventures into every project she manages, approaching each with determination, creativity, and a commitment to getting the job done right.
