Sunmark Plaza | Henderson, NV

A recent project at Sunmark Plaza in Henderson, NV. It was a 500,000 square foot property, broken into 8 phases. Initially starting with a cleaning of the specific work area, then crack filling using a hot rubberized crack sealant.

The next step was with a sealcoat buggy, which squeegees the sealcoat material for the first coat application and the second coat was sprayed with asphalt emulsion. Once the sealcoat dried, each section was closed for 24hrs (depending on temperatures). After, the striping crew painted all existing stalls, handicap and red curbing.
