Shonda Decker
Owner/President
Shonda Decker is the owner and President of Affordable Striping & Sealing. Shonda has been in the construction field for over 25 years and opened Affordable Striping & Sealing in 2006. Affordable Striping & Sealing is a locally owned and operated business that specializes in asphalt maintenance services, parking lot striping and new construction site development including road markings, traffic signs and asphalt striping.
Previously completed projects include several Amazon warehouses; Symphony Park parking structures; Las Vegas Ball Park, communities including Valley Vista, Rhodes Ranch, Lake Las Vegas, Tuscany, Providence, Skye Canyon; and the most prestigious project completed to date, Allegiant Stadium. Shonda was born in Anchorage Alaska and raised in a small town in Kansas. She is a middle child from a family of 6 and loved summers spent camping and traveling around the country.
She has lived in Las Vegas since 1990 and proudly calls Las Vegas home. Shonda is passionate about the people that matter to her including her employees, customers, vendors, community, friends and family. The community has a special place in Shonda’s heart and she is constantly looking for ways that she can serve and give back. Shonda has been recognized as being one of the top female business owners in Las Vegas and for her positive influence in the community by My Vegas Magazine.
She is a member of Vistage, NAIOP, IREM, CREW, NPFMA, NVSAA, Henderson Chamber of Commerce and Women of Asphalt. Affordable Striping & Sealing has been named Top 50 Contractor in the United States for sealcoating and striping multiple years in a row.
Shonda enjoys hiking, traveling, sports and spending time with her family. She is the proud mother of 3 beautiful daughters, a wonderful son in law and 2 precious grandchildren.
